My mother took this video. I was able to watch about 5 or 6 seconds of it until I couldn't watch anymore. Since then, I have not watched again. Hearing her like this is what has inevitably led me to come to you for support. I cannot bear to see my parents in this situation.

Friends and family, it is with utmost humility I come to you for support. On January 7th, the lives of my family were forever altered when a fire took our home away from us. With no insurance to back our losses, we are facing a total loss. My father, a man of near 60 years of age, was nearing retirement but this is not a possibility for him anymore. My brother and I are at the beginning stages of our lives, and while we were able to offer my parents some support, it is unfortunately not enough. We look to you, our friends and family in this time of crisis. We are humbly asking for any support you can provide us, as it will be used to fund our expedition to acquire a new rental home, until the day arrives where we are able to purchase a home ourselves for our parents.
