Amigo Cantisano Memorial Fund

Donation protected

As a lifelong pioneer and forward thinker, Amigo has been a trailblazer in so many arenas, so it’s only fitting that he has chosen to follow this path in his death.

In true Amigo fashion, his final wish is to be turned into the earth that he so loved, in the form of compost. This cutting edge process is performed by Recompose in Seattle, https://recompose.life/ , which has just begun accepting participants as of December 20, so Amigo will truly be a pioneer.

Funds raised will go toward the $10,000 fee for transportation and composting. Any additional funds will go directly to his wife Jenifer, who has dedicated the last 8 years to being Amigo’s caregiver and best friend, to help support her in this time.

A celebration of life will be planned for a time when it is safe to gather, so that we can truly celebrate Amigo in a fashion befitting his big personality and zest for life.

In the meantime, his family is gathering stories, memories, photos, poems or anything you wish to share via email to [email redacted]

We are so grateful for the love, support and friendship  of so many and in the words of Amigo “Wish you a great growing day! “
