Amie's Journey: Please Help Me Hold on to What I've Built

Hi, my name is Amie Wohrer and I need your help to save the life I've built this past year. Over the last 15 years my family has experienced an abnormal amount of loss and hardship, but we always persevere. For example, my son fought two childhood cancers and won and is a healthy 20 year old man. Another example is how our family of seven has stuck together through my late husband's battle with addiction and the many heartaches and losses that came along with that over two decades. I say "late husband" because he succumb to his addiction last January. This past year has been especially difficult. Aside from the death of my husband, my son, the cancer survivor, who is disabled, and I found ourselves homeless and living with friends and family. In June, 2024, hope came in the form of a managerial job offer for a cleaning company. After being a housewife for many years, in 2015 it became apparent that my husband's substance abuse was putting us in financial straits, so I started a cleaning business. This gave me the experience needed to be an excellent candidate to manage the business that offered me the job, so I happily accepted. In June with my signing bonus, my son and I got an apartment, I've been building my credit, and this past November I was able to purchase a car. Everything came to a crashing halt last month when the owners abruptly decided to close the business I was managing, leaving me with no income aside from a few cleaning jobs I've picked up. I have decided to work on getting my cleaning business going again, but I need help. I need help advertising, and buying equipment, and I need help making ends meet for the next month or two while I build my business again. We (my family and I) are excellent cleaners and have a real talent for this. In 2016 I had nearly 100 five star reviews, for example. I put my business aside to manage someone else's and now I desperately need to get it back. Please help me save what I've built and keep going. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
