My name is Jamie Suarez also known as Coach Jamie. Amiah still calls me that to this day. I have seen this young lady grow from a little girl to a beautiful young lady, still stubborn as ever but also loving funny and generous too.

She was in a tragic accident last Saturday September 9th, that caused her to suffer from a traumatic brain injury and is now fighting to wake up. She has been a fighter her whole life so I don’t doubt she will fight her way through this, for as long as she can. Doctors say it’s going to be a very long road ahead.

Medical bills, parking and food can be very costly in the medical center, Melissa and her family have been by her side everyday. Melissa has always been supportive and loving towards anyone in need. It’s time for us to return that love and support for Amiah, please pray for strength, courage and wisdom for Amiah, the family, doctors, nurses and medical staff. Anything is greatly appreciated.
