It has been my distinct privilege to watch my students embodying their definition of what it means to be kind, self-actualized and aware people on the planet. I am profoundly grateful to have bore witness to such an extra-ordinary manifestation. I have learned more about who I am than I have taught. My gracious colleagues and students have welcomed me into their spaces and trusted me enough to challenge their norms as we pursued the Great Work of cosmic education, restorative justice & shaping culture. 


--Am I being purposeful? Is there something I need to consider? Who is in the center? What are the unspoken norms? How can I give language to what is happening? How has this trend shown up in ways that are yet to be recognized? What is the objective? These are some of the questions used to act as the tools chiselling out my orientation to the work. They encourage me in keeping myself accountable toward being productively disruptive and more aware than I would otherwise be. With an Association Montessori International - Administrators certification, I am looking to continue building the trust of montessori educators and continue to pursue the work of creating a more just educational system.
