Help support Americo De La Guardia and his family through the difficult months ahead as he recovers from a severe stroke and heart attack.

Americo, a loving father of two beautiful children, Little Americo and Adriana, was hit with a catastrophic life event two weeks ago.  While on the way to work,  Americo suddenly fainted and was rushed to the hospital.  After days of testing and doctor evaluations it was determined he had suffered a massive, uncommon stroke and heart attack.  He is dealing with partial paralysis on the right side of his body, his vision has been affected and he has lost the ability to swallow.  A feeding tube has been implanted to allow him to get the nutrition he needs to survive.  He currently is still in the hospital recovering and hopes to soon be transferred to a rehab center for what could be 6 months or more of intensive therapy to try to regain the basic ability most of us take for granted everyday.

As he is the solo provider for his family,  the coming months will not only be very difficult for him physically and mentally but also a huge financial burden continue to support Ashley and their two children.  

Help Americo focus on making a speedy recovery and not how he will provide the basic needs for his family.
