Help Jody Bennett Make History as Wheelchair Boxing Champ
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Jody Bennett. I’m a full-time father, a disabled athlete, and a proud paraplegic for nearly 12 years. For the past 13 years, I’ve been raising my daughter on my own, and recently, I’ve found the love of my life. Now, I’m facing a new challenge — one that could change the game for wheelchair boxing and all adaptive sports in America.
Last month, I was invited by the head of the World Adaptive Boxing Council (WABC) to compete for the first-ever Wheelchair Heavyweight Ambassador Title in England. I’m proud to say that I’m the only American selected to compete for this prestigious title, and I would be honored to bring it home to the United States.
However, to make this dream a reality, I need your help. I’m responsible for raising all the funds to cover travel, training, and other expenses. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will get me one step closer to representing America on the world stage and promoting adaptive sports for athletes with disabilities.
Your support will not only help me achieve my personal goal but will also highlight the power of determination, perseverance, and inclusivity. This is an opportunity to prove that disabled athletes can fight for greatness, just like anyone else.
The fight will take place in August in England, and there will be a live YouTube link available for you to watch.
Please consider donating and spreading the word. Every contribution counts. Together, we can make history!
Thank you for your support, and I look forward to sharing this exciting journey with you all.
