Hi everyone!
I have an amazing opportunity to travel to Bodrum, Turkey and preform in a Young Artist Program (YAP) for 3 weeks this summer!!
I will get to perform Micaëla in Bizet’s opera Carmen.
I was offered partial scholarship but there are still many fees and travel expenses to take care of.
YAPs are the next step in an aspiring opera singer’s journey. These programs are ways for us to learn from experienced coaches, directors, voice teachers, and active opera singers world wide. YAPs help create our resumes for future professional auditions, though unfortunately, most are pay to sing. (So even getting partial scholarship is phenomenal).
Any help you are willing to give will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
