Amelia's Path to Financial Recovery

The basics:

My name is Amelia. I'm a trans woman living in the Charlotte, North Carolina area currently.

My life is currently a gloriously bad train wreck. For at least two years now, I have had to halt my medical transition - which I began in 2018 - in order to help maintain funds between my partner and me while she hopped between jobs, as well as assist with maintaining funds for the housing situation we lived in overall. After being together for six years, that has now come to an end, and I am being left to fend for myself. I am gainfully employed, but my finances are a complete train wreck after trying to be helpful to other people for so long, and going so far as to let people take the shirt off my back.

I'm actually a rather proud person who doesn't care to ask for help, however... my situation is a little dire.

I am seeking funds to secure and maintain housing, as well as a line of communication, for myself, at least for the short term. My current plan is to seek out a PadSplit residence that I can live in until I can further get my finances in order, and then try to attain an actual apartment.
