As you know, our loved one Dr. Carole B. Heath passed away on Tuesday, April 23, shortly after her 50th birthday. If you are reading this and know Carole, you know that she lived more in her 50 years than any dozens of people live in a hundred years. "Literally" is a word that is used in a completely exaggerated and inappropriate way by a lot of people these days. But not in this case: Carole literally was deeply and truly loved by hundreds and hundreds of people and all loved by her in return. She was an amazing person and we are lucky to have had her.
Many have inquired about how to send condolences and support to her husband Steve and daughter Amelia. This page is an opportunity to help support Amelia's future education. Carole lived her life for education and the support of knowledge with others. She herself attained a PhD in Philosophy and worked for many years as a Professor. She would be so very, very thankful and appreciative of any support for her daughter. During her last days and weeks, her thoughts were not about herself, but Steve, Amelia, and everyone else she leaves behind. There could be nothing more appropriate than supporting Amelia's education.
