Hello! My name is Susie and I along with a group of my friends are planning a sponsored walk to the summit of Mount Snowdon to raise funds for my Niece Amelia Rose’ operation.

Ameila was born with an incomplete unilateral Cleft Lip and alveolar cleft in her gum. A somewhat easy surgery performed daily in the UK. Amelia was born in Zambia, Africa. Teams of consultants fly over twice a year to operate but will not visit again until April 2023, when she will be nearly One years old. This operation is needed to be done when the child is 3-6 months old.

Amelia’s Mum Sophie (who happens to be my Sister!) has been in touch with Dr Paul Morris at Great Ormond Street Hospital who has agreed to operate late September/early October, at a minimum cost of £8,000. As Amelia isn’t eligible for our wonderful NHS, here we are…… climbing Snowdon in an attempt to raise some funds towards it! Any donations would be greatly appreciated, Thanks for reading ♥️
