I'm Amelia, I am 9 and I love diving!
Amelia Semple, of White Rock, BC has qualified for Diving Junior Nationals in Toronto in July!
She has entered her second year of competitive diving and practices 5-6 days a week in the gym and pool, 20+ hrs! In 2017 Amelia won 2 Provincial 3m Silver, 1 Provincial 1m Gold Medal, 1 Provincial Bronze Medal, and 1 Regional Gold Medal. More recently, She won Provincial Gold in 5m platform, 3m Springboard and Silver in Provincial 1m.
In addtion to these accomplishments, Amelia earned enough points to qualify for Nationals on both the 3m Springboard and 5m Platform.
Amelia's hard work, dedication and natural ability has lead the way for her reach the next level. Donations will go towards travel and expenses for Toronto,
