Ambury’s Mechanical

Ambury’s Mechanical started operating back in mid 2019 in Ipswich with Chris as the owner/operator and young family supporting him. Working from his Ute and travelling all over Brisbane and western suburbs trying to build a client base. Working on all cars new and old never turning a job down and never having an unhappy customer.

After surviving Covid and all the lock downs we took the leap to move into our first work shop! We were so excited and half moved in when we where advised that the slab the shed was on wasn’t strong enough for our new hoist. So back to working from the Ute again. After 2 months of looking and searching we finally found our new home. We were all moved in and growing!

In February 2022 we watched as the storms and rain rolled in and the river rose over the weekend. Late hours Friday into Saturday we watched our workshop fill with water and it felt like watching all our hard work wash away.

Although we evacuated the workshop Friday night and got as much as we could out there just wasn’t enough time to save everything. We walked into our business today to see the damage, and were left devastated. We aren’t asking for a hand out just a hand up as we rebuild our family business and get back to fixing cars for our current customers and make new ones along the way. Any donation no matter the amount is truly appreciated and means more to us than you could believe.

Any donations received will go towards the cleaning cost and replacing equipment.
