Hi my name is Danny Broadbent , i want to raise fund to help with the costs of travelling to germany via land to get my Fiancée to her dendritic cell therapy treatment .

Story : Ambrin Alaina (my fiancée) was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of brain cancer called Diffuse Midline Glioma located on the brain stem in june 2026. She is only 27 years old .

Ambrin has fought admirably day after day, week after week and month after month . Unfortunately people with this kind of tumour only tend to live 9-12 months after diagnosis. However , Ambrin qualified for a trial drug called ONC201 . Which has extended her life by a fair amount . She is now currently 14 months in .

However, the trial drug from our understanding and the doctors understanding is no longer working . We were running out of options . I have been working tirelessly to find a treatment available to her which i managed to find one which is called dendritic cell therapy .This is where they use your own immune system to target and fight off the tumour , the clinic we have been accepted at has a 65% rate of which people have responded to the treatment . 7-9% of those people achieve full remission and other have had their life extended by months and years .

Which is why i’m asking to help raise £8000 to help cover the costs of travel, travel insurance and accommodation while she is out there .

Unfortunately due to the nature of her tumour the insurance isn’t going to be cheap and the travel etc included . We have worked out this will all cost around £8000 .

Tony at spago in lytham is partnering with local charities to get the £32000 for the treatment itself . Please keep an eye out on updates on here for more information regarding this .

So that leaves the other £8000 we need to raise down to me , her family and friends .

As a man all i want to do is protect this beautiful woman from the harshness of this tumour , however this is the only way i can now help to achieve this .

Edit** We’re going to try and help raise part of the other side of this which is the treatment itself . We need to raise a grand total for £40k . We’re doing other things alongside go fund me to manage this . But will keep on chipping away on here . Thank you for all your donations ❤️
