Hi everyone! I'm Ambre Hasson, an offshore sailor with a big dream: to take on the world's most challenging races and inspire others along the way. Sailing has been my passion ever since a chance encounter changed the course of my life. Now, I'm reaching out to you for support as I prepare for the Mini Transat 2025, an incredible solo adventure across the Atlantic.

My journey has been full of challenges and resilience. From growing up in Virginia and working in the New York tech world to falling in love with sailing in Florida, I've faced setbacks, like when a breaking wave shattered my boat during qualification for the Mini Transat 2023. Despite losing everything—my boat, my job, my home—I found the strength to rebuild and come back stronger. Now, I'm officially qualified for the Mini Transat 2025, and I will be the only American on the start line and the first American woman in over a decade to compete.
