When I heard Amber’s story, my heart sank.
Maybe some of you have heard her story, too—it’s been all over the news (If not, you can read her story here:
As a mother, my heart aches for Amber and her family. She not only lost her beautiful baby girl, but the person who violently murdered her was her own husband (her daughter died on Father’s Day).
Let that soak in…
With her husband in jail facing murder charges, Amber is left alone to burden hospital bills and funeral expenses for her baby girl, trauma therapy, etc.
To say Amber’s road ahead will be challenging, is an understatement. This is why I am writing to you today. How could I hear her story from a family member, and do nothing? I believe that there are compassionate people that have heard her story, too, and want to help her heal from her trauma.
The funds collected will be sent to Amber’s sister (Amber’s beneficiary), who will be financially responsible for distributing them to Amber.
