In the past few months Amberley has been dealing with a health issue that has recently been diagnosed as invasive ductal carcinoma which is a type of breast cancer. What started as a small lump has now exceeded to a size that requires medical attention which will be effecting their career and personal life.
If you know Amberley you know asking for help is most likely the last thing they will do in a rough situation. Unfortunately, this is a moment where they are going to need all of our help. Amberley works as a Botanical Artist in New York which requires lifting, climbing, stretching, very long hours, and the mental ability to create large scale flower arrangements for all types of clients. They love what they do and are having a hard time coping with taking time away from their career.
As far as the process goes we are looking about a year or more of doctors visits and multiple treatments with high possibility of surgery. Amberley needs your help with rent, bills, food, & pet care. Also the ability to take days off for doctors visits will relieve a lot of stress as they are usually located in the city.
Amberley lives on their own in Brooklyn which can be really demanding when it comes to transportation and errands. Most of their immediate family live across seas so anyone close by that can help out is so so appreciated.
Amberley means the absolute world to me. They are one of the strongest people you will ever encounter with the softest heart, which is why I know they are going to beat this!
As for now, we ask everyone to give space and blessings from afar as we continue to understand and work towards the healing process.
