Amberley experience all life has to offer in time

Hello, my name is Amberley and I am 30years old. In 2017 when I was just 23 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and had to undergo extensive radiotherapy, chemotherapy, mastectomy and reconstruction. After what felt like a lifetime of gruelling chemo sessions, surgeries and losing my hair I was finally able to say I conquered! Sadly, shortly after the good news my family and I were thrown under the bus again with the news that my mum now had it. She had to go through all that I did whilst holding up a house, family and fostering children. Unfortunately she lost her battle and passed away.

6 years on, I thought we had been through our version of hell, but no, earlier this year I was told that my cancer was back, metastatic Breast Cancer in the spine and is incurable with a time frame in average 3-5 years! I have had to adjust to the fact I can’t have kids, won’t grow into old age, see my nieces and nephew grow up etc!

I want to make the most of my time on this world especially after the tough years already faced, but with that comes financial hardship. I am trying to work full time but with side effects of lifelong treatment it makes me very poorly, unable to work and therefore not getting paid. I would love to experience all the amazing things life has to offer like travelling, getting married, taking my nieces and nephew out to make memories for them to keep when I’m gone. I just want my last few years to be the absolute best without worries and restraints because of bills, hospital visits and fears of not fitting everything in.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a difference in my life and allow my family to focus on creating precious moments together and help travel other family members over to be close during this time.
