Amber Sutter Cancer Fundraiser

We are so heartbroken to share that Amber’s cancer is back. We are raising funds for our dear young friend,

Amber Sutter and Her situation is urgent!

  Amber is a single mom with 3 older boys and has been an emergency room nurse for a number of years and is only 48 years old. 

  Any funds donated will be used to keep her rent going and to pay medical bills.

The following is a letter we received from her

❤️​ to “ Typing this out to make it easier to send to everyone for updates.

I had my bone scan yesterday. It shows the cancer in my pelvis, spine, both femurs. There are some areas in my ribs as well and possibly back of skull (don’t know about brain yet).

I had a ct this morning and it showed a new spot in my lung that is only 2 mm so not sure if it will be a watch and monitor situation for that. All my other organs are cancer free… no tumors outside of bones that were seen. I do have a fracture in my lower back as well as my pelvis on the left that are both from the cancer.

Tomorrow I get an MRI of my brain. Hopefully nothing there… I haven’t had any symptoms to think that cancer is there so I am staying positive after todays scan.

I’m just controlling my pain (which is mostly in my back/ upper pelvis now) but the medications are helping. I just have to move slowly and carefully.

Overall, I am more optimistic after the scan today and hopefully can get chemo going soon and shrink these tumors and keep them from my organs. ”

They’re goal is to give her more time.
