Amber was a devoted animal lover and rescuer. She was loved by so many people. But she was brutally taken away from us last night by her husband. The person that vowed to love and protect her. We are hoping to help her Grams and family raise money for her arrangements. A separate donation event has been setup with the Kansas City Pig Rescue Network (KCPRN) for the lifelong care of her kids (her pets were more than pets. They were her kids and loves of her life.)

I met Amber 6 or so years ago online through her pig shaming group. I was researching getting a pig in the future. We became fast friends and chatted nearly everyday. This brave strong woman had so many challenges the last few years but she pulled through. No one will ever replace her in my heart.
