I'm raising funds for my sister, Amber Kaui Cazimero, and her 'ohana after Hurricane Lala ripped the roof off their home and flooded the entire house. They were asleep when it happened at 4am last night, and they did not get to save anything. Everything inside was destroyed.

My sister, her family, and their three dogs are safe, but right now the four of them are staying together in a small room. It is devastating and heartbreaking to lose everything so suddenly. Even in the middle of this, the community has shown up in such a big way. Volunteer roofers came to cover the roof for now to help keep more water out, and friends and family came over to try to salvage what little clothing and blankets they could take home to wash.

My sister would never ask for help, but she needs it now. If you know her, you know she is always one of the first people to help anyone in need.

Donations will help with temporary housing right away, home repairs, and replacing essential items that were destroyed, including floors and electrical appliances.
