Help for My Niece Amariah
This morning, our world turned upside down. My niece, Amariah, who battles epilepsy, suffered a life-threatening seizure.
She had just walked out of her room after talking with her mom when, only minutes later, my sister found her unresponsive on the floor. In those terrifying moments, the family worked together to try and save her—performing compressions, giving breaths, and rushing her into the car while on the phone with 911.
She was life-flighted to UC Davis, where she is now on a ventilator with a tracheostomy because she cannot breathe on her own. Her blood pressure is dangerously unstable, and her heartbeat remains weak.
We are praying for Amariah’s recovery and asking for support during this critical time. Any help—whether through donations, my sister could really use the support! sharing this post, or keeping her in your prayers—means the world to our family.
Please help us surround Amariah and her parents with love, strength, and support as she fights for her life.
