Dear Friends and Family,
Kuya Jiji (or Amante) – my cousin from the Philippines has recently had a stroke. As of right now, he is in the ICU with a blood clot in his brain; the right side of his body is numb, and his speech is slurred. Kuya Jiji is one of the most thoughtful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing—even though he’s busy with a job and family, he makes sure to stay in touch with everyone on Facebook for special occasions. Kuya Jiji has such a positive outlook on life: he’s upbeat, happy, and has a great sense of humor! Kuya Jiji has reached great success as a salesperson, but because of his stroke, times ahead will be hard for him and his family. Since Kuya Jiji is incurring 60,000 pesos a day in medical bills, I’m trying to raise $5k to help him and his family with their expenses and give them peace of mind during this hard time. Any amount that you can donate would be greatly appreciated, and please keep Kuya Jiji in prayer—God says, “I am the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26), and we are all trusting in His healing power!
Kuya Jiji is currently admitted at Valenzuela Citicare Medical Center - KM 14 Macarthur Hwy, Malinta, Valenzuela.
Please share this campaign to your friends, and friends of friends, on Facebook and other social media platforms so that we can help Kuya Jiji as much as possible. Thank you and God bless everyone!
