Amanda's Final Act: Help Her Family

Help Us Lay Amanda to Rest
It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved daughter, sister, and friend, Amanda. She passed peacefully in her sleep on June 10th, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and love.
Amanda dedicated nearly 20 years of her life to nursing. She began her career as an ER Tech and EMS then, as an LPN, worked in various correctional facilities, drug rehab facilities, and even traveled the country during Covid to support other overworked healthcare personnel. Amanda always gravitated toward caring for those who needed it most. Nursing wasn’t just a job to her; it was where she felt most at home. She touched countless lives with her compassion and strength.
Even in death, Amanda continued to give. As an organ donor, her final act of kindness saved the lives of four people, and many more will benefit from her tissue donations. Her generosity and selflessness will live on through them and is a powerful reflection of the life she lived.
Amanda was a loving and supportive daughter, living with our retired mother, who is on a fixed income. She was also a dog mom to Bella Rose, her German Shepherd-Husky mix, who was her constant companion and brought her so much joy.
Now, our family is facing the unexpected burden of funeral and burial expenses, including the cost of transporting Amanda from Cleveland to Arizona so she can be laid to rest on June 27th in her home state. Arizona is where Amanda grew up and where many of her beloved family remain.
We are humbly asking for support to help cover these costs and ensure Amanda receives the peaceful, dignified farewell she deserves. If you’re able, contributions to the GoFundMe (https://gofund.me/6387841d) are deeply appreciated, please consider donating or sharing the link. Any amount helps, and your generosity means the world to us.
Thank you for your kindness, your prayers, and for helping us honor the life and legacy of a truly remarkable woman.
With love and gratitude,
