On the evening of December 6th, my sister and her family suffered a house fire that caused fairly extensive damage to one side of their home and smoke and water damage throughout the entire house. Amanda, Vadis and all 5 kids along with the 3 dogs made it out physically unharmed. The toughest part comes now as they must try to have some sense of normalcy while trying to deal with insurance, adjusters, clean up crews and contractors to get repairs completed as fast as possible during the winter weather. As overwhelming as the situation is, we appreciate the outpouring love and prayers that have been received. We are trying to help ease the stress a bit with all the extra bills they will be enduring over the weeks to come. Thank you again for your love and prayers for Amanda and her family.
