You are viewing this page because you are a part of Amanda’s life in one way or another and are considered an important part of her support network. As you likely already are aware, in November of 2020, Amanda and her family received devastating news, dramatically changing the trajectory of their lives. Amanda was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer, which had metastasized to her brain and was informed that she must immediately begin aggressive treatment to fight hard against her formidable opponent.
Amanda has been part of our CMPG team for several years, and in that time she has made a lasting and positive impact on her co-workers, colleagues and clients. Her positive vibes and smiling face have become a mainstay in CMPG life, and her presence in our office is sorely missed. As is customary whenever one of our own struggles in life, whether it be personally or professionally, the CMPG team has immediately rallied around Amanda, insisting (sometimes demanding) that we be allowed to help in some way, shape or form.
Amanda has been great in providing us with consistent updates on her health, the effects of her treatments and even her mental status as she engages in the battle of a lifetime. She has never wavered in her positive outlook and has inspired so many of us in her “Let’s Do This!” approach. We believe she is our real-life Wonder Woman. And we have photographic proof!
At this time, Amanda and her family face a number of financial unknowns as they seek cutting-edge treatments and source second and even third opinions on her condition and her options. To that end, her CMPG family wants to begin providing Amanda and her family with financial support to help them offset the costs of medical bills and other expenses while Amanda is unable to work.
This is where Amanda’s “village” comes in. We want to reach out to our network in order to maximize the support to Amanda and her family. We believe that the financial boost we are seeking via this GoFundMe page will dramatically enhance the family’s ability to focus on Amanda’s health and family, easing financial challenges.
