Amanda Schlieben Scholarship

On October 23rd, 2020 a former student of The Change Dance founder, Anna Moon, passed away. There aren’t enough words to capture her essence, but Amanda Schlieben was an incredibly intelligent and talented 16 year old whose future truly showed promise in the world of performing arts and many other areas. Her smile not only lit up the stage, but any room that she walked into. She was welcoming and kind to everyone, hardworking, and loved to laugh, dance, sing, & act.

The Change Dance is proud to honor Amanda’s life. The growth of the Amanda Schlieben Scholarship will be used to help students who may be struggling financially with their dance tuition at The Change Dance.

Amanda inspired many people with her presence, kindness, and her passionate performances. The Change Dance knows the love that Amanda had for the arts will continue to live on in many ways, and her life will continue to positively impact others for years to come.
