Amanda Rowe "Mandy" was a very kind soul, the impact she left on people's hearts is unforgettable. Early Sunday morning she went to be with her creator in heaven after the tragic event that took place at Sunshine Acres in Adel, Georgia (Cook County). There were so many that were effected by this severe storm, and we stand together in prayer for all those that are hurting physically, emotionally, and mentally. After Debra Dell Tinsley-Powell shared a video on Facebook that went viral, and seeing the prayers, love and support that so many gave, I'm 100% sure Mandy would have been blown away by the effort that was made to find her. She never wanted to be center of attention, but she was a very proud Aunt and loved her family and friends so compassionately! She would always put others before herself.  We will forever miss her and never forget her BEAUTIFUL smile that lit up every room!!!!!!!

2. Relationship: I have been a friend of the family since my childhood.

3. How the funds will be spent: Reimbursement for some of the families unexpected expenses for her headstone, slab and any debts/bills that needs to be paid on her (Mandy's) behalf.

4. Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies: All money from campaign will go directly to Debra Tinsley-Powell for dispersement. When I setup the campaign I made it to where Debra Tinsley-Powell is the only one able to withdraw any money. I am only here to help, I Love you Mandy!
