Hey, I'm Amanda, and my teeth haven't gotten the memo that they're luxury bones~~.

I've been working with a dentist and orthodontist to preserve and maintain my Problem Bones (specifically, four front teeth that are trying to yeet themselves out of my mouth) as much as possible. To that end, I've had a lot of dental and ortho work over the last few years. When I first started assessing the mouth situation with my dentist, I was told I'd need a bridge (or implants, but no thanks), but before that work could begin, I'd need braces to ensure my mouth had room for everything. Well, I'm done with the braces, but at my latest dental exam (after a filling popped out mid-bite of pasta, why am I cursed?), it became clear that fillings or any other work short of the bridge would just be temporary.

Annnnnd the process of getting the extractions, then the temp bridge, THEN the permanent bridge is going to cost around 10k. The ortho financing I used to pay off my braces isn't available with my dentist, and the CareCredit options are abysmal. The care plan estimate they gave me involves a few different stages, but even stage one requires a $2,000 deposit.

I'm going to finance the bulk of this with a personal loan, but I figured I know enough cool people who might want to throw some dollars at me in the interest of Having Teeth that a GFM seemed like a not terrible idea. I would dearly appreciate any dollars thrown my way; it'll help knock down my monthly loan payment or help cover the $2k deposit.
