Amanda Gordon Goodwill Offering
Donation protected
Saturday night April 29th, during the Pack 73 Family Spring Campout at Farmdale Reservoir, Amanda Gordon's car was broken into. Amanda's back window was broken out, valuables were stolen (apple watch, extra sleeping bags, trauma bag and work bag w/ ID's), and here catalytic converter was stolen. Amanda's car was totaled. Amanda is the mother of Lion scout Eli Gordon-Sanders. Eli is a very energetic and happy scout very much enjoying his first year with the Pack. Amanda took a step outside her comfort zone taking her scout to this campout and was sadly upset by this depressing situation Sunday morning during breakfast with the Pack as Ranger Todd explained to her the situation and the police and detectives came to address the situation. Amanda is out a fair handful of money and the funds collected from this goodwill offering will be provided to her to cover what we can of her losses. The hope with this offering is not just financial support, but most importantly to show Amanda and her scout that we are a community of cub scouts that support each other. Please show your support and consider donating to Amanda and Eli with this goodwill offering.
