Amal is my 24 year old dear friend that lives in Rafah, Gaza with her husband and two small children. Amal has been working to raise donations in a separate link for bread, water, rice and any supplies for families that are in need. Helping dozens of families get food while she herself deals with the daily struggles of the current bombardment and lack of resources. She and her family are trying to leave Rafah, but Egypt is exploiting these poor people and it is a minimum of $5,000 per person to just exit and cross the border. Please help their family get to safety. Every dollar counts. May God bless you all.
A message from Amal herself: I am in hope from Gaza.We live in difficult living conditions and bombing everywhere (no electricity, no clean water, no healthy food)
We have lost our future and our jobs. There are bombings everywhere and there is no safe place. At any moment we could die. Our lives will easily end, and no one will remember us, so we will be just numbers.
We have the right to live in peace, away from genocides. I have lived through 8 wars. I lost my childhood and youth, and now I am losing my future. The massive scale of destruction in the Gaza Strip requires at least 20 years to restore some aspects of what it was in the past, and the consequences of the post-aggression will become a level of ignorance among children due to the lack of schools and universities, even kindergartens. Children have been destroyed and diseases will spread at a greater rate, so my fear for My children, I want to escape with them to safety. I want them to have a life and a better future than my life, which I spent in wars. Please help me and my family leave the Gaza Strip. Every dollar you donate will help me ensure safe passage and evacuation for me and my family from Gaza and escape death. May God bless you.
