Coates Family Medical & Cadon Joy Memorial

On May 27th, Cadon Joy came into the world and needed urgent help to take her first breath. She suffered severe oxygen deprivation and struggled to live for 11 days. On June 7th, her little body was taken into the arms of Jesus.

At the time, I asked CJ if I could raise money for the medical bills I knew would come, for the trauma counseling, for her likely memorial, for time off work to comfort their children and try to put together their broken life. In her grief, she didn’t know what all this would look like on the other side and so I respected her privacy.

But now they are struggling, not only with the daily grief of the loss of their daughter, but with mounting medical bills from her short life and the additional memorial costs.

The loss of Cadon has forever changed them and weekly trauma counseling is very expensive.

This family is very special to me and I’ve been honored to have supported and documented both of their daughter’s births. I know many of you feel the same way. The outpouring of prayers was tremendous, but now if you can help this beautiful family even a little to ease this burden it would be so appreciated.
