Douglas ( Doug ) Mendonca unexpectedly passed away Monday, January 24th at 5:30am. Doug had suffered for many years with addiction. He has also been homeless for many years living in a camper with his dog ( which was his best friend ) when his son Jeremy had gone to check on him after not hearing from him for awhile , he found him laying in his camper , which he was there on the floor for 2 days , alone with no eyesight. he had a stroke and a heart attack , the stroke is what caused him to lose his eyesight so he couldn’t locate his phone to call anyone for help. He was then taken to Eden hospital where they put him on life support. He held on for as long as he could. Doug had a big heart and would have given you the shirt off his back if you asked him. He shut down the last few years and didn’t talk to many people but if you can find it in your hearts to help us with the expenses for his cremation & a celebration of life , that would be very much appreciated.
