My baby was born on September 22, 2016. On October 26, 2016 her father came home drunk and started fighting with me. My 10 year old got scared for me and the baby's safety and called 911. When the police showed up, my 10 year old and I ran outside in tears, fearing for our safety. Two officers questioned us, while a third entered the house to talk to my ex and his 17 year old daughter. After some well spun lies to a childhood friend, my ex managed to have ME arrested. I went to jail, and although I was never charged, the three days I spent in jail was all the time my ex needed to kidnap my baby and file paperwork to keep me away. Our expedited court date is on November 18, 2016 and he has had a lawyer since he first concocted this plan, but I am fighting with all my might and know my baby will be reunited with her mom and sister very soon. Until then, I need help paying for the lawyer that will help fight for what's right. Any dollar you can spare will help tremendously. Please don't let this abusive alcoholic keep an innocent baby from her mother. She's so little, only 6 weeks old, and cannot defend herself when he gets drunk and violent. Please help.
