Hi guys and girls, I am at it again.

My memory walk in the names of Basil and Julie Silver and Pamela Butcher will begin at the Shore House Shoeburyness and will end at the Chalkwell esplanade turn off by the seating and crossing. On Saturday 1st November, time to be announced later. An able bodied person can walk this distance quite fast according to the sat nav. . . I won't be adding a time to my attempt but I'm thinking the sat nav might be ashamed of me in the long run. I do know that I will be walking four and a half miles, with chaperones. My Dystonia aside and the aftermath that I daren't think about, I am excited to try....
