Hi I'm Lesley but prefer Lel , I'm 63 work part time at the Rowans Care Home in Coalville Leicestershire, I'm one of the Wellbeing team , so see all aspects of our residents lives from coming in as needing some support to in many cases declining to dementia , the whole system needs funds , this has become a passion for me to give the best care and enable our residents ,but also across the country , so I'm doing my bit with
