Hi,

My name is Alyssa and I'm 5 and 1/2 years old.  I have terminal illness where my cerebellum keeps shrinking due to a genetic disease called Infantile Neuro-Axonal Dystrophy (INAD).    I can't walk, or talk, or feed myself, or play like other children, but I've been told I have the most beautiful smile when I'm happy.

The doctors kept worrying about me because I wasn't gaining any weight, but they got that fixed and now I'm a growing girl again.  The only problem with that is my mommy and daddy are starting to struggle with moving me around and I wanted to ask for help.

Here is where you come in to my life with little blessings.  Please help me out so my mommy and daddy can get a special car or van with a chair that makes it easier to get me safely seatbelted in for our trips.  I love to be out and seeing new things is about my only happiness in life, well besides icecream.  If you feel you can please help me out with anything you can spare; it would be greatly appreciate it and it would really help my mommy and daddy.
