Alyssa's Sister's Car Destroyed by Flood

Hi, my name's Alyssa and I'm setting up this GoFundMe for my sister.

On July 5th, my sister left for work, and her normal route was closed off, so she took another way. She remembered that on her way home, so she took the same route. Still, no closure on the road, but unfortunately, as she was passing, the water rose higher, quicker, and began moving way faster. She was able to get her seatbelt off and get out of the car before it was flipped on its side and submerged in the water. About an hour later, it washed up and was caught on this bridge.

We are so lucky and thankful that my sister was able to make it home safely, but she has now lost her only means of transportation. She owned the car, and for that reason, had liability, so there's no insurance coverage that can help replace her car or help in any way. My sister worked very, very, very hard for that car.
