Alyssa's Leukemia Fight

On September 2nd, after months of unexplained sickness, symptoms and sleepless nights Alyssa was taken by her family into the Emergency Department and within hours was diagnosed with Leukemia, later found out to be B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Since Monday 2nd September she has been receiving care and treatment at the Royal Children's Hospital where she will stay for the first few weeks of treatment.

Alyssa is well known within her family, friends and community as a bright and funny 3 year old. She loves all things

rainbows, mermaids and unicorns, as

well as Barbies and the Gruffolo. But

most of all she loves her family. She is

in constant admiration of her Big sister

and is besotted by her baby sister.

As a the middle child in a family of 3 girls Lissy is whitty, humours and sassy. Even with treatment commencing

these characteristics have continued to

shine through.

Money raised from the go fund me will

be used to support the Perez family as

they face a dramatic loss of income

due to the demands of treatment over the next 8-12 months as well as

supports for both Alyssa's sisters while

they navigate their sisters intense treatment schedule.

This includes:

Accommodation while Alyssa is having treatment

Petrol to and from RCH

Medication

When Alyssa is able, family activities
