Hi everyone!
I'm a junior at Florida State University majoring in biomedical engineering with the hopes of going to med school. I am very dedicated to my education and future goals; which is why I am so EXCITED and BLESSED that I have recently been accepted to the Atlantis Fellowship Program in Lisbon, Portugal. This fellowship is very selective and a fundamental part I need as a pre-med student to acquire some knowledge in global medical care. During the summer of 2019, I will be paired with a hospital that will allow me the opportunity to shadow a team of surgeons and doctors and rotate through a diverse selection of specialty fields. While this experience will be valuable and intriguing, I will need support in funding the trip. This fellowship will not be possible without donations from my loving family, friends and anyone else who is so gracious to contribute to my passion of studying in Lisbon this summer.
