Nine-year-old Alyssa Loya passed away suddenly on January 31, weeks shy of her 10th birthday. Alyssa was an incredibly bright and vibrant fourth-grade student and talented artist. An avid athlete, she excelled in every sport she played––and she did play many!

Cherished daughter of Jennifer Gannaban and Carlos Castro (stepfather) and Mr. Loya, Alyssa was a strong-willed, kind soul and genuine friend to everyone lucky enough to have known her.

This fundraiser has been set up to assist with funeral expenses and help Jennifer bury her beautiful baby girl the way she truly deserves. We hope that alleviating some of the financial burden associated with Alyssa's untimely passing will allow her family to process this unthinkable tragedy and properly grieve their tremendous loss.
