Those of us that know and love Alyssa, know her as a kind-hearted person who would offer up anything she could to help her friends and even strangers. Now she’s needing our help.

Alyssa lent her BASE rig out, hoping it would help a new jumper get her wings. However, it ended up in the hands of Christopher Scott Fairbanks aka ‘Christian.’ In response to her taking her rig back, Christian has pressed some very heavy accusations. So heavy in fact, that Alyssa has had to hire a lawyer to defend and protect herself.

Before these accusations occurred, Alyssa had completed her notice for quitting work, purchased plane tickets, and was 2 days away from moving her entire life to Canada in hopes of bringing her toddler closer to her family. She is now suddenly, and unexpectedly having to stay and cancel all plans to be reunited with her family.

If you know either of these people involved, I’m confident you’ll understand why she needs our support. This is not the first time this accuser has used the legal system to terrorize or bully one of us, and it likely won’t be the last. Please send the message we won’t stand for it as a community, and we are here to protect each other.

Alyssa is needing financial support to help procure legal counsel. She’s reestablished her employment, and is working to provide for herself and her child.
