Alyssa Frick, daughter of our dear friend Sarah Frick, passed on Tuesday February 7, 2023 after a short battle with an autoimmune disease. She was only 21 years old. We would like to be able to support Sarah through this difficult time, by making sure she does not have to worry about costs associated with this tragic event.
You know that feeling that you get when you listen to your favorite song or how it feels to bask in the sun on a nice summer day, that sunny and 75 golden summer feeling? That's the energy Alyssa lit up the room with. She was the most unapologetically unique person you would ever have the pleasure of meeting. The authenticity that radiated from Alyssa's energy is a quality that every person who got the privilege to get to know Alyssa would confidently say they wish they could embody themselves and that quality just came naturally to Alyssa.
When Alyssa had an interest in something you bet she would make the most of it. Like traveling to Los Angeles with her aunt to fulfill her dream of seeing Harry Styles live. Then the trip she was planning for her 22nd birthday to go to Tennessee and visit Graceland because she loved Elvis just that much.
The most important of all is her unconditional love for her family. From the incredibly close partners in crime bond she had with her mother, Sarah. The unwavering support these two had for each other was the epitome of a mother/daughter relationship.
Then the love she shared with her grandparents, with whom she had a nostalgic tattoo to honor the love between her and her grandpa, Rob.
As well as the love for her Aunts and Uncles. Not to mention every loving and bonding moment she shared with her cousin.
Her love for her father's side of the family including her father Ruben, stepmother, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins shined through the family unit that embodied everlasting support for Alyssa.
As well as her love for her fur babies shared with her mother, Percy and Lolli, plus her baby who she even had a tattoo of - Mouse.
And all of the fun memorable times she shared with friends over the years.
Alyssa is and forever will be dearly missed. May she always live in our memories and hearts.
"Remember everything will be alright, we can meet again somewhere, somewhere far away from here" - Harry Styles "Sign of the Times"
