Hi everyone, I’m Alysha

I wanted to share something very personal and important to me. I’ve recently had to go private for medical treatment because the NHS waiting times to see a gynaecologist are years long — and I simply can’t wait that long anymore. Every day has become a struggle.

I’ve just been diagnosed with endometriosis, something I’ve unknowingly been battling since I was 17. It’s affected every part of my life — my work, my relationships, and even small things like going for a coffee or walk with friends. Some days, the pain is so bad I can barely get out of bed.

I’ve set up this page because going private is my only option right now to get the treatment I desperately need. The costs are overwhelming, and I would be so grateful for any support — whether that’s donating, sharing my story, or simply sending kind words.

My 21st birthday is coming up soon, and my biggest wish is just to spend it surrounded by family and friends — without being in constant pain.
