Help Alyse Fight Ovarian Cancer

Update on Brownie - things are hard, all of it. We are in her 3th round of Chemo. Definitely the hardest...with all of the side effects , all of it! Alyse is a fighter but she is very tired. Everyday is a fight, medical procedure and pain. It all happened so fast, Alyse went to California four months ago to spend time with her baby nephew. To travel , find herself, and be young and free. She had pain for weeks, finally went to the ER and wham, major surgery. Bam, you have Ovarian Canver. Bam we are ripping out your reproductive organs, Bam at 18, in menopause. Oh and 4-5 rounds of Chemo. This is a child who never even had stitches..... it’s all catching up to all of us. The hair loss, the pain, the nausea all of it. It’s hard for her to believe there is light at end of the tunnel. She has been talking to a counselor , she is getting to understand healing takes time , time to mourn the babies she will never have, time to mourn being a Cancer patient. Time to understand everything is different now ..... I am in California with her, I am not working and while she is working everything out with day long treatments, hospital stays and ER visits, I need to be here.
