Help Aly get treatment for Traumatic Brain Injury

Hello! My name is Michael and I'm starting a fundraiser to help Aly receive treatment for her Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
When it started: 2011 Severe car accident.
What happened : Aly had major head and back trauma and the brain injury was never addressed.
Where we are now : Through gofundme, we were able to pay for an evaluation at Plasticity, a clinic dedicated to treating Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) patients. They found evidence of how her brain injury affects her functionality and determined they can help. As a mother of two toddlers, Aly is desperate to take steps towards increased functionality to be a more present and effective mother
What we are hoping for : we are hopeful that we can raise a significant portion of the money to get this treatment for Aly through gofundme. I am starting to look at other options to raise funds but time is limited. Since the accident, Aly has struggled to care for herself and now she struggles to care for our boys. It is difficult for me to work extra hours and therefore it is difficult to pay for this on our own. I am working on putting money aside in order to help pay for this treatment.
The long story:
We were in a car accident in 2011 in which she sustained two brain bleeds and fractured her spine. I have stuck by her side these 12 years. At the time I was 18 and she was 22. We tried our best to navigate the situation but had very little guidance. The doctors focused on her spine and ignored her brain injury. We listened and followed instructions and in turn did not learn what it meant to have a TBI.
She is an orphan and my single mother was not in a position to help. We were lucky to have family members host us for low rent until I became an RN, working in the Emergency Department. I have been nurse since 2016 but its been a consistent struggle to support us. We now have two boys aged 1 and 3. Parenthood has highlighted Aly's issues. As a couple without kids, we were able to write off memory and emotional regulation difficulties as flukes or bad days. Now as parents, we can see how these issues prevent her from being the mother she wants to be for the boys. Plasticity is a clinic dedicated to treating TBI patients that offers an intensive outpatient program that can help reduce symptoms up to 80%. The results have been published in peer reviewed journals. Through the donations we've received so far, we were able to pay for diagnostic testing and an evaluation by a neurologist at the clinic. Plasticity has confirmed that there are issues with Aly's brain (see update for more details) and they are confident that treatment would be beneficial for her.
I am someone who struggles to ask for help and have tried to support Aly through her recovery but I have realized that I may never be in a position to finance the help she needs. I see how deserving she is of this treatment and am desperate to reach out for help.
Aly was 13 years old when her mother committed suicide and her father left her in the care of whichever relative was willing to host her. While bouncing from relative to relative, there was no solid foundation to build her life on. She is fighting to make sure her boys have a loving, capable mother that they can count on. I'm asking anyone reading this to help make up for her lack of foundation. When people hear Aly's story, they often say she's strong. She has persevered through her ordeals but her nervous system has not been able to rest. Please help us get her help to be the mother and human being she wants to be!
