At our F45 studios we’re more than a gym — we’re a community. One of the people who makes that possible is our amazing virtual assistant, Ryan, who lives in the Philippines. You might not know him personally because he works tirelessly behind the scenes! But it’s thanks to his hard work, dedication, and heart that we're able to do what we do.

Recently, Ryan and his family have been facing a heartbreaking challenge. His mother is battling stage 4 cancer and requires constant care. The medical bills and ongoing expenses have placed an enormous burden on their family.

Despite this, Ryan shows up every day, giving his best as always. Now it’s our turn to show up for him. By coming together we can help ease the weight he’s carrying and remind him he’s not alone.
