ALWAYS. FIGHT. BACK.

Hi everyone,

I’m starting this fundraiser for my daughter someone I love deeply and admire more than words can express. Recently, her life was turned upside down in the most terrifying way. While working at her former job, she narrowly escaped an attempted kidnapping. Yes, kidnapping. Since then, nothing has felt safe or normal again.

Her and her sister were both let go from that job not long after, and everything she had been working so hard to build began to fall apart. She had been saving for a car, an apartment, and college — trying to create a future for herself step by step. Now, she’s in survival mode.

The emotional and mental toll this has taken on her is something I can barely describe. She’s been left shaken, constantly anxious, and deeply traumatized. She doesn’t feel safe unless she’s near family. She hasn’t been able to return to work yet, though she’s trying — she has potential job opportunities lined up and the determination to push through this. But the truth is, this experience was a major setback in every way.

Right now, she’s doing everything she can to heal. She’s started therapy and is taking the necessary steps to regain a sense of safety, stability, and strength. But she needs support. She needs time. She needs help getting back on her feet.

I’m asking for $5,000 to help her cover basic expenses during this critical time — rent, food, transportation, therapy, and any resources she needs while preparing to return to work and eventually go back to school.
