Though not yet diagnosed, Alvaro is showing all the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. Intense daily pain, weakness, and muscle motor loss and atrophy. He has arrived to the point of no longer being able to work, and is on his way back home to Guatemala City to live with family as he can no longer walk.
Many people these days can live an independent life with MS, with the help of medical treatments, proper diet and medical supplements.
