Hello, my name is Lazaro Alvarez. Unfortunately my family and I are in need of help, due to circumstances that are out of our reach. At the moment I am sick and have been dealing with: diabetes, heart failure, neuropathy in my hands and feet, a bulging disk pinching my nerve, and had my pinky toe on my foot amputated due to diabetic complications.

Recently I had a stroke that left the right side of my body damaged along with my speech. Due to my health conditions, I’ve been disabled without a job for the past 2 years. I've been fighting Social Services (HHS) disability for the last 2 years in order to receive my disability, and I have not been able to receive it yet. During this period, my son has been gracefully helping me pay all the bills. Unfortunately the money my son makes is not enough, and it has been hard for him to keep up with all the bills on his own.

On August 14th of this year, my wife of 28 years was admitted to the hospital due to abdominal pain which was sadly later found to be colon cancer. She underwent surgery and the tumor was removed, but she will need to start chemotherapy soon.

Due to all these present issues my house has been placed under eviction. Now with all these circumstances, I am asking for any assistance towards my wife’s treatment and stopping the eviction.If it's not too much to ask and you have it in your heart to help my family in need. We would appreciate any and all the help that you are willing to provide.

Hola, me llamo Lázaro Álvarez. Desafortunadamente, mi familia y yo necesitamos ayuda, debido a circunstancias que están fuera de nuestro alcance. Recientemente tuve un derrame cerebral que dejó el lado derecho de mi cuerpo dañado junto con mi habla. Debido a todos estos problemas actuales, mi casa ha sido puesta bajo desalojo. Ahora, con todas estas circunstancias, estoy pidiendo ayuda para el tratamiento de mi esposa y para detener el desalojo.
